Where The Speed Goes
Peak mph isn't the whole story.
My mat-top peak dropped from 123 to 118 this program. On paper that looks like a regression. In the swing, it's the opposite: I'm generating that 118 with a shorter, more controllable, more golf-like motion. Less of that speed leaks out between the mat and the course — so more of it shows up as carry on actual shots.
